This report sorts and counts reservations by Source Code. This should not be confused with the Source Analysis Report which appears on the Month-End Menu. The major differences between the two reports are as follows:

  1. The Analysis report selects reservations solely by their pickup date/time while this report will also select by the edit date/time.
  2. The Analysis report breaks reservations down by status (No-show, Filled, etc.) for each Source Code. This report only prints the total count of reservations for each Code.
  3. The Analysis report also includes a breakdown of all RAs by Source Code while this report only covers reservations.

To access the Reservation Source Report, type RESSRC (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Reservation Menu.The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START EDIT DATE

The date/time range entered in Fields 1 - 4 refer to the date the reservation was created in the system or the date is was last modified. Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Edit date. Press RET to default to today's date.

2. START EDIT TIME

Using your selected time format, enter the Starting Edit Time. Press RET to default to midnight.

3. END EDIT DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Ending Edit Date. Press RET to default to today's date.

4. END EDIT TIME

Using your selected time format, enter the Ending Edit Time. Press RET to default to 11:59PM.

5. LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Customers Pick-Up Location. Enter:

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single pick-up location.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. Press RETURN to accept the default location.

6. SOURCE CODE

For the Source Code, enter:

  1. Up to 5 alphanumeric characters to select a single Source Code.
  2. A Source Group Code representing several Source Codes (see the Chapter Edit Source Groups for details). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. Press (RET) to include “ALL” Sources.

7. START RATE PROD

Enter up to 5 alphanumeric characters to indicate the beginning Rate Product. Press RET to default to the FIRST Rate Product in your file.

8. END RATE PROD

Enter up to 5 alphanumeric characters to indicate the ending Rate Product. Press RET to default to the LAST Rate Product in your file.

9. STATUS

Enter one of the following codes to select the Status of the reservations. Press RET to default to all reservations regardless of status.

O = Open
F =
Filled
C
= Cancelled
N
= All No Shows (preprinted or not)
NNP
= No Shows that were NOT preprinted

10. EMPLOYEE

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single Employee code. This will restrict the report to only those reservations that were originally created by this employee. Press RET to default to All Employees.

11. START PICKUP DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Pick-Up Date. Press RET to default to “EARLIEST”

12. START PICKUP TIME

Using your selected time format, enter the Starting Pick-Up Time. Press RET to default to midnight.

13. END PICKUP DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Ending Pick-Up Date. Press RET to default to “LATEST”.

Using your selected time format, enter the Ending Pick-Up Time. Press RET to default to 11:59PM.

15. DETAIL/ SUMMARY

Enter 1 alpha character to select the report format.

D = Detailed Report.
S = Summary Report.

Enter 1 alpha character to select the Sort Order.

LS = Reservations sorted first by Pickup Location and then by Source Code.

SL = Reservations sorted first by Source Code and then by Pickup Location.

Enter:
