To access the program, type TXDOCLBL (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Tax Document Sub-Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter 1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location. 2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+". Press RETURN to accept the default printing location. EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET) |

2. START TAX DOC PRINT DATE |
Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Date. Press (RET) to default to "EARLIEST". EXAMPLE: Type 040104 (RET) |

5. NEW LABELS ONLY |
When an address label is printed, the tax document is updated as having had a label printed. In this field indicate whether you wish to print labels for only those tax documents that have not already been marked as having had a label printed: Y = Yes. Print labels only for tax documents that have not previously had a label printed. N = No. Print labels for all tax documents meeting the selection criteria even though labels may have been previously printed for some of them. EXAMPLE: Type Y (RET) |

6. LABELS PER ROW |
The program will print an address label for each tax document selected. The tax document number will print in the upper right corner. The first label begins .08" from the top of the sheet. This field is used to indicate how many labels are in each row going across the page. Enter: 2 = 2 labels per row. The following dimension are assumed:
