User tip: To get a listing of all Non-Rev Movements for a particular vehicle, use the Vehicle History Report. Code 93 is reserved for Non-Rev Movements and is created automatically by CARS+ whenever a Non-Rev Movement is entered in the system.
User tip Hertz operations: The Hertz vehicle check digit is included as a 7th character on the vehicle number on this report.
User tip - Hertz Canada: Hertz Canada can pre-print trip tickets. They are listed in the same section as the one where the Void tickets are listed.
See notes about the column headings below.

The "Selections" show that the following choices were requested:
Location: The report is restricted to non-rev. transactions that opened in Tustin (TUS)
Although not obvious, this report was run for all statuses of non-rev. tickets.
➋ Note that this non-rev. ticket is overdue. The asterisk (*) in front the due in date emphasizes this.
➌ NR000027 shows a note on the non-rev. movement that the air-conditioning on the vehicle is not working. It is being repaired at Westside Ford which is the name associated with the vendor number entered on the record.
➍ Non-rev. # NR000032 shows that 6 vehicles were moved from Tustin to Santa Ana. (Up to 14 vehicles can be "moved" on one non-rev movement record to accommodate movements by car carriers.) Because they were transported by a truck, note that each vehicle's odometer was incremented by only one mile. Further, note that the "Location In" is "SNA" (Santa Ana). A note explaining the transfer further clarifies the record. There is a vendor number, 140125, for the transportation company shown in the "Trans Co" column.
➎ Information entered on the first record, #NR000056, shows that the vehicle was taken to an Off-Site Repair location, Buddy's Body Shop due to damage from a rear end hit (see the Note on line 2 of the record.)
When sorting by ticket number, the column headings are as shown below. The two sections with the heading "varies depending on status" refer to the fact that Open Non-Rev tickets and Closed Non-Rev tickets are listed differently.
For Open Non-Rev tickets, the expected return date, time, and Location are shown. Overdue opens are notes with an asterisk (precedes the return date).
For Closed Non-Rev Tickets, the actual close date, time, and location are shown.
