Use this program to: To access the Export Vehicle File Records program, type CUSEXP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Export Data sub-menu of the System Management menu. The screen will display as follows:

Enter data as follows:

1. START RENTAL DATE

This field and the next one are used to define a date range during which RAs opened. Customer data for those RAs will be included. Note that this refers to the opening date of the RA; not the opening DBR date.

Enter a starting date.

EXAMPLE: Type 040117 (RET)

2. END RENTAL DATE

This field and the previous one are used to define a date range during which RAs opened. Customer data for those RAs will be included. Note that this refers to the opening date of the RA; not the opening DBR date.

Enter an ending date.

EXAMPLE: Type 063017 (RET)

3. TIMES RENTED
Enter a minimum number of times rented. (Customers who have rented during the date range less than the number entered will not be included.)

4. OUTPUT DEVICE In order to get the CSV file, enter a printer name that causes the output to be opened or saved as a file. For most users, the value of CSV or EDITOR will work for this purpose. Please refer to the chapter for Edit Terminal Records or Change User Environment for more information on setting up printing to a file and/or opening a file in the default program for that file.
