This report calculates the percentage of no-show reservations by location.

This report may be configured to run automatically at night. Users interested in this feature should contact Thermeon's Customer Support Dept. for further information.

To access the Reservation Percentages Report program, type RESPCT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Additional Reservations Programs sub-menu of the Reservations menu. The screen will then display:

Enter Data As Follows:

1. LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the pick-up location.

Enter:

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single pick-up location.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. Press RETURN to accept the default location.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

2. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the starting pick-up date. Press (RET) to accept yesterday's date. Reservations for the location(s) requested with pick-up dates within the date range entered in this field and the next one will be reported.

3. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the ending date. Press (RET) to accept yesterday's date.

4. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO BEGIN PRINTING.


Notes about the report:

Reservations are sorted first by pick-up location and then by status.

One line of data prints for each location:
a. Location Code
b. Total reservations in statuses Open, Filled, and Noshow
c. Total reservations in status Filled
d. Total reservations in status Open and Noshow
e. Column d divided by column b as a percent
