For the purposes of this chapter "DDW" refers to any option defined as one that is marked with the choice "I" in the "Dependent on LDW" column in the Edit Option Rates program. By adding the DDW to a RA, the customer is "buying down" their responsibility level beyond that of the LDW that is included in a tour voucher, rental rate, or included due to a CDPID privilege.

Data from closed RAs with a closing a DBR date falling within the date range requested are eligible for the report.

To access the program, type DDWRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Incremental Sales Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

For the opening location, enter:

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+". In addition, for this report, a Location Group will trigger "subtotal roll-ups" (if the group contains groups within groups, subtotals will print for each group level). For more information on this feature, refer to the section on Subtotal Roll-Ups at the end of the Edit Group Names chapter.

3. "ALL" to include all locations

Press RETURN to accept the default location.

2. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Date. This date refers the RA closing DBR date. Press RET to default to today's date.

3. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Ending Date. This date refers to the RA closing DBR date. Press RET to default to today's date

4. EMPLOYEE

To limit the report to sales performance for a single employee, enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the Employee Code. Otherwise, press (RET) to include all employees.

5. DETAIL/ SUMMARY

Enter 1 alpha character to select the report format.

D = Detailed Report - Sales data for each employee will be listed.

S = Summary Report - Sales data for each employee will not be listed; instead, just the location subtotals will be listed.

DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send it as an e-mail. See the Edit Terminal Records chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send reports as e-mails.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

Notes on reading the report:

Data prints in the following columns for each employee:

Employee Code

Total number of RAs opened by this employee

Of these RAs, the number which had:

an L type option with a deductible value included in the voucher

an L type option with a deductible value included in the rental rate

LDW with a deductible value included at no charge due to a CDPID privilege

Number of these RAs that had a DDW type option (defined in Edit Option Rates with a "I" in the "Depend on LDW" field.)

Percent of sales penetration

Total DDW Revenue

DDW per day revenue (Total DDW Revenue divided by the total rental days on the RA reported.)
