Use this program to produce a report of all lease contracts that have not been cloned.

This report is produced by the program examining the closed lease contracts in the RA file.

To access the program, type LSENCR (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Leasing Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. PICKUP LOCATION

Enter

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

3. Press RETURN to include "ALL" locations

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

2. STARTING CLOSE DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the beginning date for the date range. Press RET to default to the first day of the current month.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

3. ENDING CLOSE DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the ending date for the date range. Press RET to default to the last day of the current month.

EXAMPLE: Type 061504 (RET)

4. PRINT/
DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
