READING THE REPORT

A single line will print for each requested vehicle class. The far right column will give the total number of reservations that are open and on file for the class in question for the requested pick-up date. The remaining columns on the report give fifteen dates (today plus the previous 14 days). Under each date will be the number of reservations that were booked on that date for the pickup date in question. The final column before the total column gives the number of reservations that were booked 14 or more days ago.

As this report only reads open reservations, it cannot be run for pickup dates in the past.

The number of reservations booked on a historical date can change between report runs if:

  1. reservations have been cancelled
  2. reservations have been edited (such as a reservation was originally booked for a class ECAR but has been edited to class CCAR)
