Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the vehicles' owning Location. Enter:

2. START IN-SERVICE DATE |
This field and the next one are used to define an in-service date range for the vehicle data that will be exported. This refers to the "In Service Date" field in the Vehicle Inventory record. Enter a starting date. EXAMPLE: TYPE 010114 (RET) |

This field and the previous one are used to define an in-service date
range for the vehicle data that will be exported. Enter an ending

| 4. INCLUDE SOLD UNITS |
Enter:Y = vehicles in status "S" (sold) will be included in the sale date in the Vehicle Inventory record is the same as or later than the date entered in the next field.EXAMPLE: Type Y (RET) |

If the previous field is set to "Y", enter a starting date for the sale date. Vehicles in status "S" (sold) with a sale date of this date or later will be included. EXAMPLE: Type 010115 (RET) |
| 6. OUTPUT PRINTER | In order to get the CSV file, enter a printer name that causes the output to be opened or saved as a file. For
most users, the value of CSV or EDITOR will work for this purpose. Please refer to the chapter for Edit Terminal Records or Change User Environment for more information on setting up printing to a file and/or opening a
