Use this program to produce a report of the fuel rates in effect as of the requested date.

To access the Print Fuel Rate Records program, type PRTFUEL (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Fuel Control Files menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION #

For the opening location, enter one of the following:

Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

"ALL" to include all locations.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET).

2. EFF DATE

Using your selected format, enter the effective date. Fuel rates in effect as of this date will be included in the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 061907 (RET)

3. PRINT/
DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
