This report is used to:

• Show the difference between the rate originally provided by Seamless and an edited rate resubmitted for approval (referred to as the "Price Market Adjustment".)

To access the program, type PMARPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Reports Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START DATE	Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Date. Press RET to default to today's date. Reservations that have a create date that falls within the requested date range will be eligible for the report. RAs with an opening date that falls within the requested date range are also eligible for the report. EXAMPLE: Type 091506 (RET)
2. END DATE	Using your selected date format, enter the Ending Date. Press RET to default to today's date EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
3. LOCATION	For the reservation pickup location or the RA Opening location, enter: Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+". "ALL" to include all locations Press RETURN to accept the default location. EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)
4. EMPLOYEE	To limit the report to reservations created by a single employee or RAs opened by a single employee, enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the employee's user code. Or press (RET) to include reservations created and RAs opened by all employees. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
5. PRINT/ DISPLAY	P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers. D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)

Notes about this report:

For each record the following information prints:

Transaction number: The Reservation Number (6 characters) or the RA number (8 characters)
Location: For reservations, the create Location; for RAs, the renting location.
Date: For reservations, the create date; for RAs, the opening date.
Employee: For reservations, the employee who created the res; for RAs, the opening employee.
