To access the Print Terminal Records program, type PRTTERM (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the System Configuration menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START NAME |
Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Starting Name of the first terminal record. Press RET to default to the First Name. EXAMPLE: Type PQ0 (RET) |

2. END NAME |
Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Ending Name of the last terminal record. Press RET to default to the Last Name. EXAMPLE: Type TT7 (RET) |

3. PRINT/ |
P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers. D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET) |
