This report lists the number of rental days by the vehicle license entity code for posted RAs. The data is sorted first by opening location and then by license entity.

To access the Vehicle Days by State Report, type DAYRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Additional Daily Reports sub-menu of the Daily Procedures menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START DBR DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the starting DBR date. Press RET to default to the beginning of last month. Posted RAs with a DBR date that falls within the date range entered will be included in the report.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

2. END DBR DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the ending DBR date. Press RET to default to the end of last month.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

3. LOCATION

Enter:

Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

A Group Name representing several locations.

Press (RET) to include all locations.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

4. LICENSE STATE

Enter up to 2 alphanumeric characters that represent a License Entity code. Press RET to include all vehicles regardless of their license entity.

EXAMPLE: Type CA (RET)

5. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send the report as an email. See the Edit Terminal Records chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send reports as emails.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions chapter on how to control the screen display.
