1. VEHICLE #

Enter up to 6 characters representing a particular vehicle number or press (RET) to default to "ALL" vehicles.

EXAMPLE: Type 123456 (RET)

User tip: If "ALL" vehicles are requested, information is sorted by vehicle number.

2. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Date. Press RET to default to the first day of the current month.

3. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Ending Date. Press RET to default to the last day of the current month.

4. FLEET TYPE

Enter:

L = Lease vehicles only
N = Non-lease vehicles (daily rental fleet)
B = Both lease vehicles and daily rental fleet vehicles

5. MOVEMENT TYPES

Enter:

O = Opens; list only those transactions that opened during the date range entered above

C = Closes; list only those transactions that closed during the date range entered above

B = Both opens and closes should be included. The following transactions should be included:

RAs opened

RAs closed

Exchanges on RAs

Non-rev tickets opened

Non-rev tickets closed

6. PRINT/
DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

7. CURRENT LOCATION

To limit the report to a particular location as it pertains to the vehicle's current location, enter

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

Press RETURN to default to ALL locations.
