To access the program, type BDLOPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Daily Audit Reports Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to specify the opening location(s) of the RAs whose options are to be investigated. Enter one of the following:

  1. A single location code.

  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

  3. "ALL" to include all locations.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

2. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter a starting date. The date range in Fields 1 and 2 refers to the RA opening date.

EXAMPLE: Type 020113 (RET)

3. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter an ending date. The date range in Fields 1 and 2 refers to the RA opening date.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

4. OPTION DETAIL

Enter:

Y = Yes, all options that were in sold packages will print with their net rate and charge for each RA. If bundles include more than three options, a second line will print for the options beyond the first three. If the report is not printed or displayed, the file produced will have a separate column for each option code.

N = No, Option details will not print. The report will just be a list of those RAs with bundleded options.

5. PRINT/ DISPLAY/FILE/EDITOR

Enter:

P = Print a copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on the terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

F = A csv file will be created out of the reported data and placed in the directory OPTPKG.

E = A csv file will be created and delivered to the user's PC.
