To access the program, type PRTTXT (RET)
at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the
Systems Management Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data
as follows:

1. DIRECTORY PATH |
Enter the directory path to the filename. |

2. FILE NAME |
Enter the filename of the file you wish you print. |

3. PRINT/ DISPLAY |
P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers. D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET) |

4. PRINT FILENAME |
Indicate whether or not you want the name of the file to print as a header page.
EXAMPLE: Type Y (RET) |

In this field specify the device to which the report should print. |
