Use this program to:

  • Print out the records in the Hours of Operation File.

This report prints records in effect during the date range requested.

To access the Print Hours of Operation program, type PRTHRS (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Print Location Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

Enter

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

Press (RET) to accept the default location.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

2. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the start of the date range. Press (RET) to default to today's date.

EXAMPLE: Type 040104 (RET)

3. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the end of the date range or press (RET) to default to "LATEST".

EXAMPLE: Type 091504 (RET)

4. PRINT/ DISPLAY

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
