This program produces a report of questionable RAs processed by the Auto-Close Questionable RA's program. Refer to that chapter for detailed information about the process.

This report can be run for a particular date range, by location for Closed and/or Open RAs.

Closed RAs - When closed RAs are requested, RAs with the closing employee code "9999" are listed.

Open RAs - When open RAs are requested, RAs that are flagged as questionable are listed. These are the RAs that could not be automatically closed.

To access the program, type QUCRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Additional Daily Reports Sub-Menu of the Daily Procedures Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the Starting Date.T

Closed RAs with a DBR date within the date range entered in Fields 1 and 2 will be included.

Open RAs with a return date which is earlier than the date entered will be included.

EXAMPLE: Type 060108 (RET)

2. END DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the Ending Date. Closed RAs with a DBR date within the date range entered in Fields 1 and 2 will be included. Press RET to default to today's date

3. LOCATION

For the opening location, enter one of the following:

Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

"ALL" to include all locations.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

4. STATUS

Select which RAs should be included in the report

O = Open RAs (Questionable RAs that remain in questionable status)

C = Closed RAs (RAs that were closed by the Auto-Close Questionable RA program.

B = Both of the above.

5. PRINT/
DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send it as an e-mail. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send reports as e-mails.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

Notes about this report:

The following data prints for each RA:

RA Number

Opening location

Vehicle number

Questionable Flag (column heading "Curr")

RA Status (column heading "Sta")

Return Date/Time -

For closed RAs, this is the actual closing date/time

For open RAs, this is the expected return date/time

For RAs still open, the reason why they could not be closed is shown on the right side of the report. Examples:

INSUFFICIENT CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

ODOMETER ON SUBSEQUENT MOVEMENT LESS THAN CHECK-OUT ODOMETER

SUBSEQUENT RA CANNOT BE FOUND

SUBSEQUENT NON-REV CANNOT BE FOUND

SUBSEQUENT HISTORY MOVEMENT CANNOT BE FOUND

RA IS PREVENTED FROM CLOSING

RA HAS NOTES THAT REQUIRE ACTION

Total revenue of all options defined as revenue items (Report as Revenue field in Edit Optional Items is set to 'Y'.)
