Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the location that will be used on the vehicle inventory records as the owning location. This location must already exist in the Customer File as a foreign location. EXAMPLE: Type FP1001 (RET) |

2. DEPRECIATION CODE |
Enter a single character that will be entered on the vehicle records as the depreciation code. EXAMPLE: Type D (RET) |

3. STATUS CODE |
Enter the status code that will be assigned to DTAG vehicles that are imported. All of the vehicles in the import will be set to this status. EXAMPLE: Type T (RET) User tip: The program Change Vehicles Status Code can be used to change the status of all the vehicles to another status. |

Enter up to 2 characters that will be entered on the vehicle records as their brand code. EXAMPLE: Type DT (RET) |
| 5. NEXT VEHICLE NUMBER |
When the DTAG vehicles are imported, a vehicle number is assigned starting with the number in this field. Each time a vehicle number is assigned, this field is automatically incremented. It will continue in this manner until the number entered in the next field is reached. EXAMPLE: Type 810000 (RET) |
| 6. LAST VEHICLE NUMBER |
This field works in conjunction with the previous one. When the "next" vehicle number equals the "last" vehicle number, no more unit numbers can be assigned. The vehicles in the import will not be merged. EXAMPLE: Type 899999 (RET) |

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the location that

| 8. BLOCK DTAG VEHICLES |
This field is used to control the use of vehicles that are owned by a US DTAG location. US DTAG Vehicle number ranges are entered into a text file. If the vehicle number is within a range cited in that text file, the owning location is foreign, and this field is set to "Y", the vehicle is blocked from being used in RA Open, Make Vehicle Available, Gold Choice, Foreign RA Entry, Also, the vehicle record cannot be edited.
