Change Vehicle's Status Code

Use this program to:

Change the status of a group of vehicles from one status to another status.

To access the Change Vehicle's Status Code program, type CHGSTAT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number from the Import menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. CURRENT STATUS	Enter the Status Code that the vehicles should be changed from when this program is run. Any status is acceptable other than "O" (on rent) or "S" (sold). EXAMPLE:Type N (RET)
2. NEW STATUS	Enter the Status Code that the vehicles should be changed to when this program is run. Any status is acceptable other than "O" (on rent) or "S" (sold). EXAMPLE: Type A (RET)
3. CURRENT LOCATION	Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Location. Enter: Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select vehicles currently at a single location. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Press RETURN to default to ALL locations. EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO BEGIN PROCESSING.

Vehicles with the location and in the status entered in Field 1 will have their status changed to the status in Field 2. This change is recorded in the Vehicle Log File.
