Use this program to print rental Rate Records from the Rules/Rates Control File. The list can be produced in hard copy on your printer or displayed on the screen.

User tip: Upsell matrix records set up in Edit Rental Rules/Rates are ignored by this program. To print out upsell records, use the Print Upsell Matrix program.

To access the Print Rental Rules/Rate program, type PRTRATE (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number of the Print Rate Control File menu. The screen will then display:

6. CLASS

User tip: Restricting the report to a particular class means that the rates for only that class will appear on the report. And the rate products included are selected by data entered in other fields on this screen. For example, if you limited the report to a particular RA Type in Field 11 and at the same time restricted the report to only the class code for minivans, then only rates for minivans that were of that RA Type would appear. Minivan rates for rate products that have an alternate RA Type would NOT appear in the report.

7. START EFF DATE

N = No, don’t include the rules. Print the rates only.
