Use this program to set the inflation rates of the various inflation codes for lease RAs that are set up in Edit Inflation Codes.

To access the Edit Inflation Rates program, type INFLRATE (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Leasing menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. INFLATION CODE	Enter up to 6 characters for an Inflation Code. EXAMPLE: Type TIRES (RET).
2. INFLATION YEAR	Enter 4 numeric characters for the year in which this rate was valid. EXAMPLE: Type 2013 (RET)
3. INFLATION MONTH	Enter 2 numeric characters for the month in which this rate was valid. EXAMPLE: Type 06 (RET)
4. INFLATION %	Enter the monthly inflation rate for the dates above. This field will accept 6 characters before the decimal and 2 characters after. This field can accept a negative sign "-" if the rate went down. EXAMPLE: Type 10.25 (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION" TO SAVE.

This record indicates that the inflation rate of the index "TIRES" for the month of June in 2013 was 10.25%.
