Use this program to produce a report of all lease contracts that had their TIME rate adjusted when they were cloned.

To access the program, type INFLRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Leasing Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the beginning date for the date range. Press RET to default to the first day of the current month.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

USER TIP: If the date range entered is in the past, this report will be of those contracts that have had their rates adjusted during the reporting period. If the dates are in the future, this report will give the RAs whose rate will be adjusted within the reporting period. This program will NOT allow this date range to include both dates in the past and dates in the future.

2. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the last date for the date range. Press RET to default to today's date.

3. SERVICING LOCATION

Enter the Location Code of the servicing location whose leases are to be reported.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)
4. MASTER CONTRACT #
 Enter a single Lease Master Contract number if only the son contracts of a single lease are to be reported or press RET to default to all Master Contracts for the requested location.

5. ADJUSTMENT TYPE
 Enter one of the following:

1 = to report just those RAs where the Master Contract has a set inflation percentage defined.

2 = to report just those RAs where the Master Contract has an Inflation Index assigned to it.

3 = RAs that were adjusted by either a set inflation rate or an Inflation Index.

6. INFLATION CODE
 If in the previous field, the Adjustment Type 2 was requested, in this field enter a single Inflation Code that is to be reported or press (RET) to default to all Index Codes.

EXAMPLE: Type TIRES (RET)
7. STATUS
 Enter one of the following:

O = Only those RAs that are currently open will be reported.

C = Only those RAs that are currently closed will be reported.

B = Both open and closed RAs will report

8. PRINT/
DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.
