This was designed in order to track fuel usage for operations doing chauffeur rentals where fuel is included in the rental.

To access the Refueling Report program, type RFUELRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the History/Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1.VEHICLE #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the unit number of the vehicle or press (RET) to default to ALL vehicles.

EXAMPLE: Type M0509 (RET)

2.CLASS

For the vehicle class to be included in the report, enter

  1. Up to 4 alphanumeric characters to select a single class.
  2. A Class Group representing several classes. Remember, the first character of a Class Group is the plus sign "+".
  3. Press RETURN to default to ALL classes.

3.OWNING LOC

For the owning location for the vehicle(s) to be report.Enter

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups).Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. Press RETURN to default to ALL locations.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

4.START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the starting date. Press RET to default to today's date.

EXAMPLE: Type 121307 (RET)

5.END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the ending date. Press RET to default to today's date.

6.EMPLOYEE

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the employee code of the person who fueled the vehicle. Or press (RET) to include all employees.

EXAMPLE: Type JEG (RET)

7.PRINT/DISPLAY

P=Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter on how to assign printers.

D=Display this report on the terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control screen display.

8. VOUCHER
To limit the report to refueling records with a single voucher number, enter up to 18 alphanumeric characters representing the voucher number.

Notes about this report:

The columns on the report are as follows:

Vehicle Number and License Number
Refueling data:

Date and time
Odometer reading
Location
Employee
Amount of fuel (liters or gallons)
Cost of fuel

A subtotal line follows each vehicle and includes:

Elapsed odometer
Total liters or gallons
Total cost
Average miles per gallon / kms per liter (This is calculated as follows:

The odometer reading from the record before the requested date range is subtracted from theodometer reading of the last record reported. The difference is divided by the total gallons/liters pumped.

Note: The average mpg / kms calculation assumes that no fuel was added to the vehicle during the course of the rental or non-rev.
