Enter up to 9 alphanumeric characters representing the starting local CDPID number. EXAMPLE: Type 000000001 (RET) |

Enter up to 9 alphanumeric characters representing the ending local CDPID number. EXAMPLE: Type 999999999 (RET) |
| 3. START DATE |
Enter the starting effective date of the Local CDPID records that are to be read. EXAMPLE: Type 011212 (RET) |

This field determines which rates in relation to the system's current date and time will be reported. Enter:
