Hertz provides a service through their central Data Center in OKC for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This service provides custom marketing messages from the CRM system in OKC for repeat customers that print on closed rental agreements.

This control file allows a Hertz user to configure their system to print header and footer lines before and after the CRM text.

To access the program, type EDTCRMT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Control Files Menu 2. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LANGUAGE CODE	Enter a single letter representing a language code. This code must already be created in Edit Language Codes. EXAMPLE: Type E (RET)
2. HEADER LINE 1	Enter up to 40 characters for the first header line. EXAMPLE: Type *** A MESSAGE FROM HERTZ *** (RET)
3. HEADER LINE 2	Enter up to 40 characters for a second header line. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
4. HEADER LINE 3	Enter up to 40 characters for a second header line. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
5. FOOTER LINE 1	Enter up to 40 characters for the first footer line. EXAMPLE: Type *** WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR NEXT VISIT *** (RET)
6. FOOTER LINE 2	Enter up to 40 characters for a second footer line. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
7. FOOTER LINE 3	Enter up to 40 characters for a third footer line. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
