1. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Date. Press RET to default to today's date.

EXAMPLE: Type 061604 (RET)

2. START TIME

Using your selected time format, enter the Starting Time. Press RET to default to the first minute of the day.

EXAMPLE: Type 0600 (RET)

3. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Ending Date. Press RET to default to today's date.

EXAMPLE: Type 062004 (RET)

4. END TIME #

Using your selected time format, enter the Ending Time. Press RET to default to the last minute of the day.

EXAMPLE: Type 2359 (RET)

5. LOCATION

Enter:

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

3. "ALL" to include all locations

Press RETURN to accept the default location.

6. RES NUMBER

To limit the report to a particular reservation number, enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing it. To include all reservations that otherwise qualify for the report, leave this field blank.

7. DRIVER

To limit the report to reservations for a particular chauffeur, enter the chauffeur's Customer Number in this field. Press (RET) to include all chauffeurs.

EXAMPLE: Type ALL (RET)

8. SUMMARY/ DETAIL

Enter 1 alpha character to select the report format.

D = Detailed Report

In this mode, a separate page is printed for each reservation. The data printed includes:

Driver's name and Customer Number

Vehicle number

Reservation number & confirmation number

Bill-to name and address

Reservation pick-up date and time, local contact, and phone number.

Delivery address for taxi mode chauffeur rentals (Field 4 from the Delivery subwindow)

Detailed itinerary records for tour mode chauffeur rentals

S = Summary Report

When run in summary mode, multiple reservations are printed on each page. For each reservation the following items print:

Line 1: Drivers name and Customer Number, Reservation number, Bill-to name and Customer Number, Number of passengers, pick up date and time.

Line 2: Vehicle number, confirmation number, passenger name and Customer Number.

Line 3: Deliver address (Field 4 from the Delivery subwindow)

Line 4 and on: Detailed itinerary records for tour mode rentals.

9. PRINT/
DISPLAY

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

10. PRINTER:

This field defaults to your default printer. To send the report to another printer, enter the name (as set up in CARS+) of the printer.
