NOTE: This program is sensitive to the Menu Type Number of the user running the report. This means that the user will only see those employees who have a lower Type Number.
To access the Print User Access File program, type PRTUAF (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Security System Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Starting Employee Code. Press RET to default to the FIRST record. EXAMPLE: Type SCOTT (RET) |

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Ending Employee Code. Press RET to default to the LAST record. EXAMPLE: Type STEVE (RET) |

The Account Expiration field in the User Access File records is used to show when an account expires. Those with expiration dates in the past are not considered “current”. Therefore, enter: Y =I nclude only those records from the User Access File without past expiration dates. N = Include all records from the User Access File regardless of expiration date. EXAMPLE: Type Y (RET) |

Note: Due to the multi-tiered feature of the security system, a user will only be able to produce a report listing the employees with a Menu Type Number which is lower than their own.
