This program lists Percent Matrix records.
To access the Print Percent Matrix program, type PRTMAT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Option Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

To limit the listing to matrix records for a specific location, enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the location code. To list records for all locations, press (RET). EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |
| 2. OPTION CODE |
To limit the listing to a specific Option Code, enter up to 5 alphanumeric characters representing the option code. To list records for all options, press (RET). EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |
| 2. EFF DATE |
To limit the report to records with a particular effective date, enter a date in this field. Otherwise, press (RET). EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

3. PRINT/ DISPLAY |
Enter: P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send as an e-mail. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send reports as e-mails. D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET) |
