1. START VEH#

Enter the vehicle unit number of the first vehicle to be reported. Press RET to default to the FIRST Vehicle Number.

2. END VEH#

Enter the vehicle unit number of the last vehicle to be reported. Press RET to default to the LAST Vehicle Number

EXAMPLE: Type 14200 (RET).

3. MAKE

To limit the report to a particular Make, enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters to select the Make of the vehicle. Press RET to default to ALL Makes.

4. MODEL

To limit the report to a particular Model, enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters to select the Model. Press RET to default to ALL Models.

5. OWNING LOCATION

Press Shift and F7 to bring up a pop-up window listing choices pertaining to the Owning Location as shown below:

6. CUTOFF PURCHASE DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the cutoff purchase date. Vehicles with this purchase date or older will be included in the report. Press RET to default to LATEST.

7. CUTOFF ELIGIBLE DATE

Using your selected date format, enter a buy back eligibility date. "Buy back" vehicles with an Eligible Date earlier than this date will be included on this report. Press RET to default to the current date and make all "buy back" vehicles eligible to be reported.

8. CUTOFF GROUNDING DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the cutoff grounding date. Vehicles with a grounding date earlier than this date will be included on the report. Press RET to default to LATEST and make all vehicles eligible to be reported.

9. MILES TO GROUNDING

Enter up to 6 numeric characters to indicate number of miles. Vehicles will be included when the difference between the scheduled grounding mileage and the current odometer is less than the amount entered in this field.

Press RET to accept the screen value of 999999 and thus exclude miles to grounding as a selection criteria.

EXAMPLE: Type 2000 (RET)

This means CARS+ will ground the vehicle when the odometer is within 2,000 miles of the scheduled grounding mileage entered on Page 2, Field 2 of Vehicle Inventory Control.

10. VIN SELECTION

This field is used to select vehicles by VIN numbers. See introduction to the Fleet Menu section for instructions on the use of this field. By leaving this field blank, all VIN numbers are included.

11. SORT ORDER

Enter one of the following words to select the sort order. You MUST type the entire word. NO abbreviations allowed.

VEHICLE 	- Sort by the Vehicle Number.
LOCATION	- Group by Current Location and sort by Vehicle #.
CLASS   	- Group by Class Code and sort by Vehicle #.
LICENSE 	- Sort by License Number.
VIN     	- * Sort by the full 17 characters of the VIN #.
VINLAST8	- Sort by the last 8 characters of the VIN #.
OWNLOC  	- Group by Owning Location and sort by the last 8 characters of the VIN #.
PURCHDATE	-* Group by purchase date and sort by the last 8 characters of the VIN #.
GROUNDDATE	-* Group by grounding date and sort by the last 8 characters of the VIN #.
ELIGDATE	-* Group by eligibility date and sort by the last 8 characters of the VIN #.

* The sort options marked with an asterisk require more processing time than other choices. This is because they involve data fields that are not part of the index structure of the Vehicle File.

12. FLEET TYPE

To limit the report to a single Fleet Type, enter the single character Fleet Type Code. Otherwise, press (RET).
