The Print Class Codes program produces a listing of all information entered via the Edit Class Code program.

To access the Print Class Codes program, type PRTCLS(RET) at a menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Print Fleet Control Files sub-menu of the Print Control Files menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. STARTING CODE

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Starting Code. Press RET to default to the FIRST Class Code.

EXAMPLE: Press RET

2. ENDING CODE

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Ending Code. Press RET to default to the LAST Class Code.

EXAMPLE: Press RET

3. LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Location Code. Press RET to default to ALL Locations.

EXAMPLE: Press RET

4. SORT BY

H = Sort the Class Codes by their hierarchy level from smallest to largest. It more than one class is assigned the same hierarchy value, those with the same value will appear alphabetical by their Class Code.

C = Sort Class Codes alphabetically by their Class Codes.

EXAMPLE: Type H (RET)

5. PRINT/DISPLAY

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control screen display.
