CDP PRIVILEGES WINDOW

This subwindow displays details on the privileges associated with a corporate discount plan (CDP) number that applies to this transaction.

In Reservations and RA Open: The subwindow will display automatically when a CDP number is entered on a reservation.

In Reservations, RA Open, and RA Close: Access the subwindow at any time by typing "W" at the main window "OPTION" field.

A typical screen is shown below.

ACCOUNT INFO

CONTRACT NO

This is the Corporate Contract number.

RATE PLAN

This is the rate product that is referenced on the Corporate Contract.

ALT RATE PLAN

If applicable, this is an alternate rate product referenced on the Corporate Contract.

LDW INCL

This indicates if LDW is included in the rate.

LDW RESP W-O

This field displays the customer's responsibility amount if LDW is not included in the rate nor accepted by the renter.

LDW RESP W

This field displays the customer's responsibility level if LDW is included in the rate or accepted by the renter. One of the following is displayed:

a. If LDW is included in the rate, the responsibility amount as defined for included LDW products is shown.

b. If there is a privilege code in effect that allows for a special LDW product, the associated LDW responsibility amount if LDW is accepted is displayed.

If neither of the above apply, the normal LDW responsibility amount if LDW is accepted is displayed.

LDW RATES

If there is a privilege code assigned to this contract that is linked to a special LDW product, the corresponding rates are displayed.

Otherwise, the normal rates for LDW are shown.

SALESMAN CODE

The salesman code associated with the Corporate Contract is displayed.

NAME

The employee name from the User Access File that corresponds to the Salesman Code is displayed.

PHONE

Phone number for the salesman from the User Access File is shown.

STATE

State in which the salesman is located as taken from the User Access File is shown.
SURCHARGE EXEMPT
 This shows the "Y" or "N" flag in the "Surcharge Exempt" field from the Rate Rules record.

PRIVILEGE CODES

On the right side of the screen, privilege codes and their descriptions are displayed.

Note: Only those Privilege Codes defined in your Edit Privilege Code program will display.
