1. START TRANSMIT DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the starting date (referring to the date transactions were transmitted to Hertz.) Press RET to default to yesterday's date.

3. END TRANSMIT DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the ending date for transmissions.

EXAMPLE: Type 013106 (RET)

3. FOP TYPE

To limit the report to one FOP type, such as OTTO, TOUR, FVV, SVV, of HCC, enter the FOP code. Or, press RET to include all Hertz FOPs.

4. HERTZ MOP

This field is used to choose what sort of transactions are listed in the report:

O = ONLY. List only the transactions with Hertz methods of payment.
I = INCLUDE. Include the Hertz methods of payment transactions along with other transactions.
E = EXCLUDE. Exclude the transactions with Hertz methods of payment.

5. DETAIL/ SUMMARY

Enter 1 alpha character to select the report format.

D = Detailed Report
S = Summary Report

6. PRINT/DISPLAY

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

7. PRINTER

This field shows the name of the default report printer. To send the report to an alternative printer, enter the device name of the printer.
