Use this report to:

Risk vehicles are those which are considered non-productive. This may include vehicles with Status Codes indicating they are stolen, converted, wrecked, etc.Risk vehicles will appear on the report sorted by vehicle Status Code.

Non-risk vehicles are productive units.Non-risk vehicles are not sorted by Status Code but rather totaled together.

Vehicles with Status Code S (Sold) are not included in this report.

To access the Fleet Mix Report program, type MIX (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number of the Control File menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START YEAR

Enter 2 numeric characters to indicate the earliest model year that should be included in the report. Press (RET) to default to the current model year.

EXAMPLE: Type 07 (RET)

2. END YEAR

Enter 2 numeric characters to indicate the ending (most recent) model year. Press RET to default to the current model year.

EXAMPLE: Type 09 (RET)

3. START PROD YEAR

Enter 2 numeric characters to indicate the earliest production year that should be included in the report. Press (RET) to default to the current production year.

EXAMPLE: Type 07 (RET)

4. END PROD YEAR

Enter 2 numeric characters to indicate the ending (most recent) production year. Press RET to default to the current production year.

EXAMPLE: Type 09 (RET)

5. RISK STATUS CODES

Without spaces or punctuation, enter those Status Codes you consider to be "risk" (non-productive). Vehicles with these codes will appear on the report sorted and subtotaled separately from non-risk vehicles.

6. OWNING LOCATION

Press Shift and F7 to bring up a pop-up window listing choices pertaining to the Owning Location as shown below:

2) Owned from other pool

3) Both 1 & 2

4) FOREIGN

5) Both 2 & 4

6) ALL Vehicles

LOC#) Specific Location or Group Code (First character of the Group Code is a “+”.)

Note: User access may limited the locations for this report. If access is restricted and an attempt is made to run the report for a location or location group outside of the allowed parameters, the following message will be displayed at the bottom of the screen and the selection will be ignored:

7. FLEET TYPE

To limit this report to a Fleet Type, enter a single character representing the Fleet Type. Press (RET) to default to ALL Fleet Types.

EXAMPLE: Type C (RET)

8. INCLUDE ASSETS
This field refers to non-vehicle assets (such as GPS units) that are inventoried. Enter:
Y = Yes, include non-vehicle assets in the report
N = No, do not include non-vehicle assets in the report (include only vehicles)
O = Report only non-vehicle assets
EXAMPLE: Type N (RET)

9. PRINT/
DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send as an e-mail. See Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send reports as e-mails.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
