The Frequent Traveler Report is used to sort closed RAs which have a frequent flier number attached to them. The report sorts the data by Airline Code

To access the Frequent Traveler Report, type FFRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Customer Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Starting DBR date. Press RET to default to the first day of the previous month.

EXAMPLE: Type 010104 (RET)

2. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Ending DBR date. Press RET to default to the last day of the previous month.

Note: The size of the date range you can enter may be restricted by your system access level (see the Chapter on the program, Edit User Access). If you enter a date range that is larger than what is allowed for your account, the following message will appear at the bottom of the screen when you attempt to press F1 to start the report:

Employee Code REPORT DAYS LIMITED TO nnn

EXAMPLE: Type 013104 (RET)

3. OPEN LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Opening Location making one of the following choices:

Enter:

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select RAs for a single location.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations. (The first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".)
  3. Press RETURN to accept the default location.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET).

4. AIRLINE CODE

Enter up to 3 alphanumeric characters to restrict the report to just RAs with that frequent traveler airline code. Press RET to default to All airline codes.

EXAMPLE: Type DL (RET)

5. PRINT/ DISPLAY

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Record Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on the terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
