This program lists Problem Codes which were entered via the Edit Problem Codes program for the Incident Entry logic.

To access the Print Problem Codes program, type PRTPROB (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Print Rental Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START CODE
To limit the report, enter up to 3 alphanumeric characters for the starting code. If the code is numeric, press "F3" to erase the term "FIRST" and enter the number using leading zeros if necessary. Do not enter more than 3 characters.

EXAMPLES:
For a report of codes beginning with 10, enter 010 (RET)
For a report of codes beginning with CS, enter CS (RET)
For a report of codes starting with the first code, press (RET)

2. END CODE
To limit the report, enter up to 3 alphanumeric characters for the ending code. If the code is numeric, press "F3" to erase the term "LAST" and enter the number using leading zeros if necessary. Do not enter more than 3 characters.

EXAMPLES:
For a report of codes ending with 85, enter 085 (RET)
For a report of codes ending with WD, enter WD (RET)
For a report of codes ending with the last code, press (RET)

3. PRINT/DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
