This report is designed to give a listing of the RA records found in Edit Next RA Ranges.

To access the Report, type PRNXRA(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the System Configuration Menu Menu.

The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. POSTING COMP

 Enter a posting Company number or press RET to leave this field and use starting and ending location codes instead.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

User tip: A Posting Company number * or * Start and End Locations can be entered in fields 2 and 3.

2. START LOC

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a Starting Location code or leave this field blank to .

EXAMPLE: Press (ABQ)

3. END LOC

Enter the Ending Location.

EXAMPLE: Press (SFO)

7. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter 1 alphabetical character to select whether to print a hard copy on a printer, send it a e-mail, or display the report on the terminal screen.

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send as an e-mail. See the Edit Terminal Records chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send e-mails.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
