To access the Vehicle Wash History Report, type WASH (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the History/Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

1. STARTING DATE |
Using the selected date format, enter the starting date. The date range refers to the date the vehicles were washed (date of Car Wash Entry.) Press RET to default to the current day. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

Using the selected time format, enter the starting time. Press RET to default to the beginning of the day. |

3 END DATE |
Using the selected date format, enter the ending date. Press RET to default to the current day. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

Using the selected time format, enter the ending time. Press RET to default to the end of the day. |

5. EMPLOYEE |
Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single Employee code. This will restrict the report to only those wash records for this employee. Press RET to default to All Employees. EXAMPLE: Type MIKE (RET). |

Indicate the location by entering:

7. DETAIL/ SUMMARY |
Enter 1 alpha character to select the report format.
When run in summary mode and displayed (rather than printed), the summary grid remains on the screen and is updated automatically using the same refresh frequency used by the On-line Reservation Display program. The report summary grid is a page with the location's time periods on the X axis and the daily totals and employee codes on the Y axis. Each cell shows the number of vehicles that were washed by each employee in each time period. When run in detailed mode, the Notes entered on the Car Wash entry screen are shown on the report. Notes about this report:
A subtotal is shown after each change in the primary sort when sorted by employee or vehicle number.
