Use this program to:

• Produce a report of reservations wherein the Neverlost and/or Sirius option was requested.

When a customer requests Neverlost or Sirius Radio through the reservation center, that request is indicated and transmitted with other data regarding the reservation into your CARS+ system. This report examines those reservations to see if the customer's request was met. In other words, did they receive a vehicle with the speical equipment, or was their request "broken". The report also indicates whether or not they were charged for Neverlost or Sirius Radio.

To access the program, type NVLBKN (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Programs Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION	Enter Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+". "ALL" to include all locations Press RETURN to accept the default location. EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)
2. START PICKUP DATE	Using your selected date format, enter the earliest or starting reservation pick-up date to be included in the report. Press RET to default to today's date. EXAMPLE: Type 052504 (RET)
3. END PICKUP DATE	Using your selected date format, enter the most recent or ending reservation pick-up date to be included in the report. Press RET to default to today's date. EXAMPLE: Type 053104 (RET)
4. PRINT/ DISPLAY	P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers. D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO BEGIN.

Notes about reading the report:

In the column "NVL Rsv'd?":

N = No, Neverlost was not indicated on the reservation.
Y = Yes, Neverlost was indicated on the reservation.

In the column "NVL Broken":

N = No, the request was not broken. The RA resulting from this reservation has a Neverlost vehicle.
Y = Yes, the request was broken. The RA resulting from this reservation does not have a Neverlost vehicle.

In the column "NVL Charge":

Y = Yes, there is a charge for Neverlost on the RA.
N = No, there is not a charge for Neverlost on the RA.

In the column "Sirius Rsv'd?":

N = No, Sirius was not indicated on the reservation.
Y = Yes, Sirius was indicated on the reservation.

In the column "Sirius Broken":

N = No, the request was not broken. The RA resulting from this reservation has a Sirius vehicle.
Y = Yes, the request was broken. The RA resulting from this reservation does not have a Sirius vehicle.

In the column "Sirius Charge":

Y = Yes, there is a charge for Sirius on the RA.
N = No, there is not a charge for Sirius on the RA.
