1. RATE SET

Enter a single alphanumeric character to indicate the location grouping whose upsell rates are to be reported or press RET to default to all sets of rates.

2. CLASS

Enter up to 5 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Rate Class whose upsell rates are to be reported or press RET to default to all classes.

3. EFF DATE

Using your selected date format, enter a desired effective date. All upsell rate records whose Effective Date and Time match the data in Fields 4 and 5 are reported. Press the "F3" Function key to erase this field in order to print upsell rates with all effective dates.

4. EFF TIME

This field is only used if Field 4 above is not blank. If an Effective Date is entered into Field 4, enter here a corresponding Effective Time.

5. SORT BY

Enter:

F = To sort records by the "From" Rate Class.

T = To sort records by the "To" Rate Class.

6. PRINT/DISPLAY

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
