Print Drop Zones

Use this program to:

Obtain a listing of the Drop Zone codes

To access the Print Drop Zones program, type PRTDPZ (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Print Rate Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

1 Start FV Code FIRST (Enter 3 char code; use leading zeros if numeric)
2 End FV Code LAST (Enter 3 char code; use leading zeros if numeric)
3 Print/Display P Printer: /dev/tty

1BEGIN 2 3ERASE 4 5BACKUP 6 7HELP 8

Enter data as follows:

1. START CODE

Enter up to 3 alphanumeric characters representing the starting Drop Zone code, or press (RET) to include ALL codes.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

2. END CODE

Enter up to 3 alphanumeric characters representing the ending code, or press (RET) to default to the LAST code.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

3. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send as an e-mail. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send reports as e-mails.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
