Use this program to report revenue data that is generated between the accounting month end (for Hertz Canada Corporate operation, the 25th, DBR cut off) and the actual month end. This report can be used to make supplemental revenue reporting to OKC. This report is used only by corporate operations not licensees.

To access the program, type HTZSTB (RET) at any menu "OPTION:"field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Menu / Hertz Canada Sub-Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION For the reservation pickup location, enter:
  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups).Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. ALL" to include all locations

Press RETURN to accept the default location.

2. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the starting date for the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 052505 (RET)

3. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the ending date for the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 053105 (RET)

4. DETAIL/ SUMMARY

Enter 1 alpha character to select the report format.

D = Detailed Report

S = Summary Report

5. CREATE ASCIII FILE

Enter:

N = Do not create an ASCII file.

Y = Yes, create as ASCII file. When run in this mode, all existing hard-coded items are reported. All other options (besides the hard coded ones) that are defined in the Optional Item file as "Report Revenue = Y" are reported in additional columns.

6. PRINT/DISPLAY

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers or to send reports as e-mails.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions chapter on how to control the screen display.

Notes: The LDW buy-down option is included in the LDW revenue on this report.

Separate columns for Neverlost, Sirius, and parking fee (Option Code PKFE) are included in the report.

A second line of data for each shows the Fuel Surcharge, the Option Code CFC, Energy Surcharge (Option Code ENFEE), and Snow Tire fee.
