To access the Customer Awards Reports program, type AWARDRPT(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Customer Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter Data as follows:

1. START DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the start of the date range. RAs that closed within the date range entered in Fields 1 and 2 will be considered for the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 040112 (RET)

2. END DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the end of the date range. RAs that closed within the date range entered in Fields 1 and 2 will be considered for the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 041512 (RET)

3. LOCATION

For the opening location, enter

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. Press (RET) "ALL" to include all locations

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

4. CUST TYPE

To limit the report to a single customer type, enter up to 5 alphanumeric characters for the customer type. Or, press (RET) to include all customer types.

5. MINIMUM RENTALS

Enter the minimum number of rentals a customer must have to be considered for the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 5 (RET)

6. MINIMUM DAYS

Enter the minimum rental days a customer must have to be considered for the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 15 (RET)

7. MINIMUM REVENUE

Enter the minimum revenue a customer must have to be considered for the report.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

8. PRINT/ DISPLAY

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control screen.
