The Deposit Short Report is used to report any Rental Agreements where the total deposit is less than the estimated charges.

This report may be configured to run automatically at night and the default values that appear in the fields can be customized from the defaults described below. Users interested in these features should contact Thermeon's Customer Support Dept. for further information.

To access the Report, type DEPSHORT(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Deposit Reports Sub-Menu of the Month End menu.

The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START DATE	Using the selected date format, enter the starting date. Press RET to default to today's date. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
2. END DATE	Using the selected date format, enter the ending date. Press RET to default to today's date. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
3. PRINT/ DISPLAY	Enter 1 alphabetical character to select whether to print a hard copy on a printer, send it a e-mail, or display the report on the terminal screen. P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send as an e-mail. See the Edit Terminal Records chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send e-mails. D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type D (RET)

The screen will then display:
