This program allows you to produce a report listing all owned rental locations that are in the Control File. The report can be produced in either hard copy on your printer or displayed on your terminal.
To access
the Print Locations program, type PRTLOC (RET) at any menu "OPTION:"field or the appropriate line number on the Print Location Control Files menu. The
screen will then display:

Enter data
as follows:

1. STARTING LOCATION |
Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Starting Location. Press RET to default to the FIRST Location. EXAMPLE: Press RET |

2. ENDING LOCATION |
Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Ending Location. Press RET to default to the LAST Location. EXAMPLE: Press RET |

3. PRINT/DISPLAY |
P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers. D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET) |
