Use this program to edit or delete names associated with a Coroprate Account.

Although a credit card field is provided in the Edit Corporate Account Records program, it provides for a single card. This program allows multiple cards to be linked to one CDPID account.

To access the Edit Corporate Account Names program, type EDCDNAM (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Corporate Sub-Menu of the Customer Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

OPTION: __ EDIT Corporate Account Names 1 Company Name 2 CDPID # 1SAVE 2NEXT 3ERASE 4DELETE 5BACKUP 6 7HELP 8

Enter data as follows:

1. COMPANY NAME	Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters that represent the corporate ID number for the company entered in Field #1. EXAMPLE: Type 1231230000 (RET)
2. CDPID #	Enter the first 4 digits of the credit card. EXAMPLE: Type 3405 (RET)

The screen will then display:

PRESS "FI" AT "OPTION" TO SAVE THE RECORD.
