Tax document print programs are designed to prevent the user from back dating a tax document to a date earlier than the last print date on file. However, from time to time users advance the date prematurely (such as at month end) or make an error regarding the date. This program allows the user the ability to re-set the last print date on file.

Notes
about this program:
The program reads the tax document file for all records that were printed at the location requested that have print dates more recent than the date entered in Field 2. For each record found this program does the following:
Marks the record as cancelled.
Sets the print date and cancelled date to the date entered in Field 2.
For each tax document cancelled, the corresponding RA Charge record rows are found and the field holding the tax document number is initialized (cleared).
