This program is used to enter bad credit card numbers into CARS+. This program was originally designed for entry of corporate charge cards issued by a national franchising organization. However, any bad credit card number, regardless of the type of card, can be entered here and be recognized by CARS+ as a bad card. When a credit card number is entered on the Reservation, RA Open or RA Close screens, it is validated against this file.

To access this program, type EDITBCC (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Rental Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter Data as Follows:

1. CARD #	Enter the credit card number which you wish to designate as "bad" credit card. EXAMPLE: Type 700006570000017
2. DATE	Using your selected date format, enter the date on which the card was declared bad. EXAMPLE: Type 103016 (RET)
3. NOTE	Enter a pertinent note concerning the card if one applies, or press (RET) to skip this field. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

The screen will then display:

PRESS "F1" at "OPTION" TO SAVE THIS RECORD.
