Use this program to produce a report of all son contracts that were opened and closed during the requested period of time. The closed contracts are summarized with charges. Charges are for one-month periods. There is no variation of the charge based on the number of days in the month. The first and last month of a lease may be charged for less than 30 days, however, depending on when the vehicle was received and the RA is terminated.

All existing Gov't tax documents associated with the charges reported will print at the end of the report. The Gov't tax documents are listed in numerical order and the amount is shown for each one.

To access the Lease Cloning Report program, type LSERAR (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Leasing menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. MASTER CONTRACT #

Enter a Master Contract number or press (RET) to default to "ALL" Master Contracts.

EXAMPLE: Type T6789 (RET).

2. OPENS/ CLOSES

Enter:

O = Open contracts

C = Closed contracts

EXAMPLE: Type C.

3. PERIOD OF REVENUE START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the starting date.

EXAMPLE: Type 050104 (RET)

4. PERIOD OF REVENUE END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the ending date.

EXAMPLE: Type 053104 (RET)

5. SERVICING LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the servicing location. This is the location indicated on the master contract as the location responsible for invoicing the customer.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

6. CUST. #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a bill-to customer number, or press (RET) to default to ALL customers.

EXAMPLE: Type FER002 (RET)

7. OPEN LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the opening location.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

8. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your assigned printer.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen.

EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)

9. RA STATUS

This field allows you to limit the report to a particular status of RA. Enter:

O = Open RAs only

C = Closed RAs only

H = RAs on Hold only.

Or accept the default of "ALL" by pressing (RET).

The screen will then display:
