Use this program to:

To access the program, type IDRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Additional Daily Reports Sub-Menu of the Daily Procedures Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

Enter:

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

3. Press RETURN to include ALL locations.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

2. START DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the Starting Date. Press RET to default to today's date.

3. END DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the Ending Date. Press RET to default to today's date. RAs opened between the date range entered in Fields 2 and 3 will be eligible for the report.

4. OPEN EMPLOYEE

To limit the report to only those RAs opened by one employee, enter the employee code for a single employee or press (RET) to include ALL employees.

5. SORT ORDER

Select the order in which the data should be sorted. Enter:

1 = Numerically by RA number

2 = By Employee login code

3 = By Vehicle Class

EXAMPLE: Type 1 (RET)

User tip: The choice in this field is for the primary sort. The secondary sort is always the RA Open Date.

6. PRINT/
DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
